After much consideration and deliberation, I have decided to give in to the power of suggestion. Having been raised first generation Italian, much of my life has been spent in a kitchen with my mom, Carmela. Her love of cooking delicious, authentic, Italian dishes will always remain as one of my fondest memories. I have inherited her love for Italian cooking as well as her talent for preparing mouth-watering recipes.  Thanks to my husband, Michael, my daughters, Martine and Denielle, and many friends who have always said---"You should start your own catering business!"------I finally did it!
